I’m just finishing up as a coachee in darcy’s “Creating Your Inner Monastery” coaching group. I was compulsive and stuck and not thinking consciously. Hi! My name is Darcy Lewis.
I am a certified Holobody Coach, among many other things.

For the past 11 years, I have been following my North Star, working one on one first with children with learning and/or behavior challenges, then that morphed into working mostly with adults. At first, I was working only on the physical level, helping to eliminate aches and pains and such. Then I found myself with clients willing to open up to true, whole-self healing. We make big shifts on not only the physical level but the emotional and spiritual as well!

My first profession was as a Dental Hygienist, which would be 20 years looking “down in the mouth”.wink Then I went back to school to work with kids of all ages as a Special Educator. Throughout that whole time, my passion was health and wellness. Since 1981 I have gained many certifications in many Specialized Kinesiologies and I’ve taught over 1000 adults Touch For Health and other kinesiologies! My newest win is starting an online coaching program with women in their 60s and 70s who are ready to focus on their own wellness.

I am a certified Yoga Instructor.

One of my favorite things in life is to share my passion for yoga.  Witnessing the benefits my clients receive from this wellness practice, is extremely rewarding.  My training and certifications include Hatha / by Yoga Fit, Vinyasa / by Yoga Fit, Yoga Fit for Seniors, Restorative (Yin) / by Yoga Fit, and Baptist Power Yoga which focuses on asana, Meditation, Breathe, and Self Inquiry.

My over 20 Years of Training and experience has allowed me to work with all levels of physical abilities. I live in Gaylord, Michigan with my husband Dan.  We have two sons Drew and Ty, and a big loving Hairy Golden Retriever named Norman.
