Please watch the introductory video for instructions. Surprise! You have homework before the first class! I ask you in the video to click on the first module where you will find a slideshow on the science background in lesson one and a quiz ofer the content in lesson two. This is so that we can hit the ground running when we get together for our first class! So make sure you Set aside about an hour to go over this very important information!

Another important request I have before we meet is that you take some quiet time to sit and reflect on some things you would like to change in your life. Things that are getting you stuck and holding you back from becoming your best self.
